Absolutely, by far the cutest thing. My daughter is shipping out over seas with my first grandchild. We each took turns recording us reading a book to him and it plays through the little whale. We sent the book for him to read along to. 🥰
I bought this for my Granddaughter who is 2. She has Cerebral Palsy and is legally blind. She ABSOLUTELY loves it. My daughter said that as soon as she lays her down she starts looking for the lights. She loves that it talks to her. And the lights are bright enough for her to see.
This sound machine is perfect. The music is calming much better than other sound machines that we have bought. We also loved that we could record ourselves reading to our child. Our child sleeps through the night peacefully and loves the light show.
Adorable design! Smaller than expected so takes up very little space. Love the songs and songs. And the story mode is great!
Very cute. This sweet little whale has a lot of cool features; ie plays lullabies or stories and you can download more options from the app. Also has a nightlight feature with tiny illuminated stars that can be set to diff colors. I know the parents to be are going to love it. Walmart pricing was the best Ive seen.
I bought it as a gift for a new baby and they said it was awesome. And they said they were going to get one for their 5 year old.
This was a gift. The baby was born prematurely and the NICU had one there for her so I purchased this for her at home.
This is a lifesaver! Both grandbabies and parents love this! Its a must for soothing sounds, white noise, story telling, etc. I buy it now for every new mom!
Iâve had my eye on this since my toddler was a little baby. I wish I wouldâve bought it then but at the time (and now for whatever reason on vtech website) it was $50. My little one is 2 now and going through this stage of not wanting to sleep in his own bed after sleepimg in it for one year. I bought this and I think itâs helping! The stars on the ceiling do not move but they cover a lot of space (with the whale being in the corner they cover the whole ceiling) and are pretty to look at. There are a lot of stories, sounds and music to choose from. Everything Iâve heard is soothing and not annoying. There are volume controls and my favorite-a timer (up to one hour) so you donât have to sneak back in to turn it off (or back on after a few mins). Also a favorite thing that helped me decide between this and the turtle thing is this plugs into the wall so no batteries!! Itâs also very cute. If you canât tell, I really love this. Itâs going to be my go to gift for all baby showers from now on.
