[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love, love the huge screen so I can watch everything that is going on while my little ones are in the other room. The pictures come out in 1080p which makes it clear to see what is going on. It was very easy to set up and I had no issues syncing the camera to the monitor. I also liked that I can view the camera on the VTech app which makes it so convenient for mobile access. The rotation of the camera is great and the overall unit is not bulky. Would highly recommend this product to any parents looking to babyproof their house.
The camera has so many features and works beautifully. The screen is large and we set it up to view the whole room but the camera allows me to zoom in and pan the room as well which is good because my toddler is like a spider monkey and doesn't sit still. I love that it isn't Bluetooth unless you choose it to be and the camera quality is great even in night vision.
I love this baby monitor. I started with one from a different brand that led me to research and get this one. I love the fact that the parent unit has a big, clear screen, is portable, and has several different settings (white noise, lullabies, night light options). I also love how you can download the app as well, so you can check on baby from anywhere (if you aren't home or don't have the parent unit nearby). The app allows you to take pictures and videos. You can adjust motion and sound detection settings from the parent unit or in the app. You don't have to have the app open to receive notifications. I say this because the last monitor I had always had to have the app open, or you wouldn't hear baby cry and would rarely get notifications for sound or movement. And even if you did have the app open, it would glitch all the time and you still couldn't hear baby. The vtech app always runs smoothly and is very user friendly. I would recommend this monitor to anyone!
It was easy to set up. the video quality is very good at the night modus. the sound is clear. the Batterie is okay, stays a night but could be better. i needed it to watch my girl when she moved in her own bed in her room. what i like is the move sensor. cause she is sleeping in a floorbed.
Love this product but the charge doesn't last overnight. About 5 hour battery life until recharged.
I would have given this five stars, but the one I purchased did not have a camera that moved. The voice to baby part worked. The camera itself was great, but it could not be manipulated, so I returned it. For the price, this would have been a great find. I do recommend it, if it worked!
Was great at first - love the sound machine and light function! Worked perfect until we had to move our baby to his room upstairs and the camera keeps disconnecting! Perfect for single level home but we need it to not disconnect in a 2 stored home
Worked for a year. Plus had many problems staying connected to our wifi. Has to stay on charge and bow even on it it says its dead Dont recommend at all.
The battery life is not very good, you can have it charging all day and within an hour it's already dying. I will be returning
This camera was gifted to us and the first time we got it installed and mounted the nightlight quit working! So we exchanged it for the same camera and got it paired and connected and it will not pivot or move. Looks like we will be returning for a whole different brand I'm very disappointed because i was excited for all of it's features 😕
