A Must Have For Parents

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The VTech Soother is AWESOME! There are so many great features on this that not only are great for babies, but also when the kids grow up as well. That this can grow with the kids, it's not just a one an done. VTeach really thought about what parents need. This was very easy to set up right out of the box and downloading the app. I like the feature that you can have the time on here, and also also shows you the temp in the room. This way I can make sure the room isn't too hot or cold. This is a great item to use as a nightlight. I love that you can pick any color to turn the light to, or choose from one of the many color cycles. With just a simple touch on the top, or on the app makes it super easy. This is a soother, and the choices for white noise, music and even stories is plentiful. I was blown away to see that this is loaded with over 90 stories, and even some I haven't heard in years. There are tons of choices for white noise. One of my favorites which I haven't even throught of was crackling camp fire. I thought that was really cool, and their is a light cycle that goes with it perfectly. When going through all of the different options with this through the app, I found that you can use this as a Bluetooth speaker. So if you wanted to play your own music. When I we are playing in the room I like to put this on a music app to enjoy. There is a safety feature on here. That the music/sound can't get above a certain level in order to protect baby/kids hearing. I am really impressed that was built into this device. Also I know that kids like to push buttons on things, and there is an option to have a Toddler lock on. That came in hand with my older child when he tried to play with this when no one was looking. One of my other favorite features is the projection of images on the ceiling. There are about 6 different images that you can have on steady or rotate. The VTech Soother is also great to help kids learn routines with bedtime and waking up. You can set the day and time you want the schedules to run. When we used this for my son. We told him when he sees the sun on the ceiling that means it's morning, or when the moon would appear it means it was time to get ready for bed. As a parent not only do I love all the features with this. I also love that I can take this with us when we travel. That it is almost a security blanket as far as having music, nightlight and more.

Absolutely love this soother!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was skeptical at first, but it is the best Bluetooth soother for babies that I have ever seen. The graphics it displays are bright and eye catching. Besides the lullabies and classical, the storytelling feature really won me over!! The stories are amazing and read in such a calming voice. The night light is soft and not to bright! I like that it displays the temperature of the room, which is great for babies and what to dress them in at night. I highly recommend this product for your baby or toddler!!

This thing is so much more cooler than expected! It has sleep schedules so your toddler won't get up! It also sings lullabies, read stories and plays sleep sounds! Not only that, it projects onto the ceiling! Super cool and worth the money!

We love the story reading mode!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited that this was able to read stories out loud and that you could upload your own audio to it. We have a 4 week old that loves listening to noises and me talk to him and the story mode puts him to sleep almost instantly. We have another “on” brand light/soother with only half the features so this one has been moved to the babies room as our main one. He also loves the rainbow color cycling and once he gets old enough to be able to see it I'm sure he will enjoy the projector. The app has tons of features as well and we haven't even gotten through half of them yet. Definitely recommend for parents or even if you have a hard time falling asleep because the built in noises or can do even helps me with sleep.

Really Nice Item!

For baby it has many different sound and light options...even the older kids have been intrigued by it! I like that it has the time and temperature on display. I discovered you can also use it as a speaker with bluetooth, so momma has enjoyed some her favorite tunes as well! Honestly, it wasn't initially something I thought I needed, but I truly love having it! We use it daily!

Amazing sound machine

In addition to your typical sound machine the Vtech Sleep Machine has what seems to be an endless library of songs, stories and sounds. There is also a projector feature and clock which our 2 year old can't get enough of and is trying to take his baby sister's sleep trainer.

Great addition to the nursery!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a sound machine that is simple and does a pretty good job, but this VTech Soother is next level. You can change the light to whatever color you desire. You can change its brightness as well. You can add your own recordings of your voice if you wish to play on a loop for your child if that's your thing. Tons of lullabys, soundscapes, and classical music for your child that it's almost overkill. Really impressive. There are pre-programmed patterns that you can use that combine the light effects, noise, and the really cool ceiling light show. My daughter loves the orbit function that displays all the little cartoon shapes on the ceiling. Best of all, I can control it all from my smartphone. High tech features are packed into this device and I would venture to guess that you will be happy with it once you go through the app and see how simple it is to use. Highly recommend!

Couldn't have ask for better!
