I ordered this mainly because it is cordless. It cuts okay, but has a too-small guard at the cutting edge, making it difficult to get the hair strands to go between the tines of the cutting edge. Even for a very small child with fine hair it is difficult. I wish I had ordered the corded clipper, even though the cord gets in the way.
First off this thing is WAY too noisy to keep a baby still enough for a haircut! Secondly I had to vote bad on the quality due to the fact that I immediately had to use a rubber band to hold the battery cover in place. It just slips right off like it were covered in oil! This product does cut decent as long as not over-exalted to lots of hair at a time. I voted 4 stars for ease of use as it is portable, cordless and lightweight My only 5 star rating was on color appeal because it simply does not matter. My overall review, is dead center as you get what you pay for...
