I've used the trimmer a few times and it has done everything I wanted it to. It is only a bit louder than what might be expected, but certainly nothing objectional. The multiple adjustment trim comb attachment has enough settings to make it useful and can be locked at any desired setting.
I have purchased several beard trimmers this does does an excellent job despite I am blind in right eye 18 yrs b 4 some one had 2 help at at times now this is perfect

The battery charging is a game changer. Far superior to old style charging nic cad batteries. The trimming aspect is good. The size and shape of the trimmer is good for styling and adjusting the length of beards. Very pleased overall
Works great, but I don't have a moustache or beard. I had Carotid artery surgery to remove a blockage and could not shave the surgery site. Aside from looking like the gray hairy necked monster the long hair was driving me crazy. The plastic guard that allows for a stubble cut without the blade touching the skin was just what the doctor ordered. No longer the hairy necked monster and best of all I feel better. Will be going in for the other side in two months and will need it again and then the trimmer will probably be retired unless I find another new use for it. Wonder if Wahl will give me a new use royalty?
Had a cheaper model wahl before which gave out in 2 yrs. I liked it, so I decided to stay with wahl. This model is so much more improved and am able to trim my beard closer and neater. My only concern now is how long it will last. I would definitely recommend this trimmer to everyone.
decent amount of power for a cordless rechargeable. it definitely devours hair, so if you're a little shaggy and going for the stubble look, you might want to start on a longer setting first so there's more cutting and less yanking!
This item worked great for the first five times I used it. It then started pulling hairs out of my face and neck area making me bleed. First time purchasing a product like this and not sure if this is normal. Maybe I should have gotten a better quality product. I purchased Wahl because I have used their hair clippers for years with no issues.
I bought this trimmer when it was on sale about a year ago. I use it twice a week. Here is why this model SUCKS. It doesn't hold a battery charge for more than 24 hours. Every time I go to use it, it is dead. In addition, when it's dead and you plug it in to charge it, it won't work longer than 3 seconds until it's been charging for at least 30 minutes. Do yourself a favor and don't buy it. If you don't mind keeping it plugged in at all times, this model is for you.
This product did not work well at all with my beard. I can imagine it would do a fantastic job with neck hair and other jobs, but for the shape of my chin and neck, it was not easily maneuvered around.
