Great phone for my teen , easy to set up and use . and lots of space for apps
Unfortunately the phone I received wasn't scanned out properly and I had to come in and refund my online order. Then I was able to get the same phone in store.

So far this phone is working very well. The price was very low. I like the Motorola brand. Also this phone is lighter than my previous phone.
how can i get it started with family mobile when its through Verizon wierless...how do go about it and i would like both of my phones on the same plane...
Neither the sim card or IMEI number works. I was told by the Walmart family mobile customer service rep that it was not scanned properly and that I need to take it back to the store. I am seeing this same issue in other customers reviews. The point of ordering a phone online is so that we don't have to go to the store. Please fix this issue Walmart.
Complete head ache from the time I opened. Comes with so many pre-installed apps that crash and cause to restart. Also, I don't have the need for the apps even if they worked. Tried getting a new sim card to work as advised and the customer service at family talk was useless and did not even try to give me options for help. I guess you get what you paid for. I'd give the whole experience a zero if I could.
spent two hours tring to activeate the phone 354215685971638 new from old phone 015858003987694 732 284 9535. I was told by wfm sim%23 begin 890 my sim %23 begins with 891 nither wfm or verizon can activeate the phone. this is the worst experince along with some of the condesinding toons by your people
when the phone got to my daughter's, it was not able to be activated. she was told she had to bring it into the store to get it scanned. that is not what I paid for . she is disabled and not capable of going to Walmart without a lot of difficulty. if i wanted to go onto walmart, then i wouldn't have ordered on line. i will be asking for a refund
