I have been a fan of Motorola (Lenovo) phones for a number of years, first ordering from China direct and now purchasing direct from Motorola's website. The phones have all been superb in everything and reliability. My new one , the Moto g 5G (2022) is no exception. I was forced into a purchase of a S brand that was supposedly the latest and greatest and double the price of the Moto g. I purchased my Moto g to replace it as soon as possible and it runs circles around anything else on the market in performance, camera functions(see photos), battery, and yes an incredible phone that receives calls where the other brands wouldn't work!
I'm very happy that I chose the Moto G 5G (2022). It has a lot of power and storage for all of my favorite mobile games and media. I like the large screen. The cameras are very good. 5G data speed and reliability is excellent. Call quality is excellent. GPS exceeds expectations even in remote locations. Connectivity with 3rd party devices via Bluetooth and WiFi is excellent. The battery lasts for days. This is a very good device all around, and extremely budget friendly.
It was a steal at 39.00. Ill get a good 2 years out of it
Up graded from Motorola G Power to Motorola Motorola G 5G. Function and battery life on par with previous phone but miss my Ultra wide camera and no 5 G icon on display only sideways triangle or LTE icon. Ok phone but really miss the ultra wide and video is hard to get phone light to operate while using Video.
I like the size of this phone. The screen size is big enough that its easy to read. The overall size of the phone is perfect for a teen to watch their videos and facetime with. Fits perfect in their pockets.
I still can't get service with my Walmart Family Mobile account on it! I received this after buying it on my Walmart app hoping it was easier from going in the store. Nope! I get this on March 29th working, went to my Walmart mobile website, activated it with the "BRING MY OWN PHONE" feature with the new SIM card, started with 891 instead of the 890, didn't work. Tried it a second time and it said it used by someone!! Im thinking something's fishy about this. Has someone sent me a dummy phone and i just activated someone else's phone??????!! called customer service and they said I'll have to go into Walmart and get the box scanned! What was the reason I ordered off the app?! I laying in a hospital bed when I got the phone. Now the myfamilymobile.com customer service wants me to take the phone back. SMH. What am to do after my back surgery 2 weeks ago?? And remind you my phone still isn't working!!!! I'm missing all of my family and friends calling!! Doctor's office trying to get a hold of me!! Now I have to wait until I get back on my feet after having my lower back surgery with my pins and rods heal properly, in about 12 weeks! PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS WALMART IT'S NOT LIKE YOU WOULD KNOW ALL YOUR SELLERS AND AFFILIATES. THIS SOUNDS LIKE A SCAMMER, I'M STILL GETTING CHARGED AND I STILL HAVE NO PHONE. ANY QUESTIONS? OR FINDINGS, PLEASE LET ME KNOW 🤟🏽
could not use the phone properly,would not hold a charge.overall was not what i wanted ,sorry about that
BIG Nightmare, bought this phone yet could not get it activated because...( 2 hours on the old phone with YOUR support) it was not properly scanned before it was shipped.
NOT a good phone for 5g. Cannot connect when away from WiFi.
i ordered it online. said delivery sunday. then once it shipped they changed that i Monday. then fedex updated delivery to Tuesday. it was a 9 day wait on shipping. finally get it, and i can't activate it, because it wasn't scanned properly. i have to take it in to a Walmart to have it rescanned properly so that i can activate and use it.
