So I bought my Moto Power about 2 months ago and I'm loving it! The amount of storage (128 gb) is just what I needed! There's plenty of space for my photos, documents, music, videos and then some! I love how lightweight yet durable it is. I've literally dropped this phone at least 10 times and it has NO CRACKS, NO DENTS, NO COSMETIC ISSUES WHATSOEVER!! Best phone ever!
The clock speed is a little slower than my moto g6 and this version does not support wifi calling (speed graded using the Free42 app decrementing from one million to zero by ones. 3.02-seconds vrs ~2.7-sec.) These are the only reasons I gave this 4 stars
Even after my complaint when my phone was reset or whatever the person did, I have still been unable to use my plan data to do my banking or visit websites. It seems like a glitch in the phone chaging over to LTE and remaining set there until changed back to WiFi. I have never had this problem before and I have had Walmart Family Mobile for over 10 years. only after it was taken over by Verizon.. Very aggravating.
could not switch my phone number to this phone. had to return phone and then wait for the money to be refunded
forcibly deactivated months after purchase despite being willing to pay to continue service, the verizon integration left this phone incompatible with the tracfone/WFM service and they refuse to replace or compensate me for shutting my phone off 3 months after i purchased it
Inaccurate description!! This is a 2022 Moto G Power not 2021. Important if you order a case for it. 2022 has a 3 camera system. 2021 has a four camera system. I had to return a case for that reason. Not before leaving them an unfair product rating lol. See pic below. Get it together Walmart!
unable to activate phone because it wasn't scanned. this vendor should NOT be selling phones on the Walmart website. I bought this phone to replace a defective phone I bought on Amazon and the deadline to return it is tomorrow so now I will be without a phone for however long it takes to get this straightened, out VERY upset
Horrible!!!!! I tried to give this phone a chance......bad decision. Always went to voicemail, hung up on calls, couldn't hear caller after about twenty seconds, couldn't pair Bluetooth, and the list goes on and on!!!? l love Motorola phones but this had me pulling my hair out. Ill go into the store and purchase one....yikes
Why are you sending phones without scanning them for proper activation!? This is horrible way to lose customers! Employees from this company have became that lazy or the training is horrendous! Either way horrible customers service!
if you look up this phone it specifies that it should be running on Android 11 operating system it was actually running on an Android 10 and despite the fact that the eight processors in this phone say they clock at 2.0 gigahertz and 1.8 GHz my phone I am currently using has two at 1.8 and 6 at 1.6 and it is faster than this phone I honestly believe that this is the older model and they just slapped it in a 2022 box
