This is my second time buying my mother, a phone because her first one she left on the car and it wind up on the highway, trashed. I will say if you're looking for an android that is a budget phone and it gets all the gadgets thateven the high end Samsung phones have this is the one. I got my mom the Walmart family plan for 2488 and she really like the phone and family plan. I will upload pictures later. Also got her a phone case she likes. So if she would want another phone, no doubt hands-down she would want the same phone, this phone. I will also be purchasing my brother, one of these phones soon.

I really like this phone. Finger print scanner works fast and I get into banking with my finger print. Camera is pretty good. I don't game on my phone so can't help there. Charging port is USB C.
Unfortunately, I ordered my phone off-line and receive my phone today and because it was not scanned properly I cannot activate it and the company thinks that I stole the phone and then I need to verify that I purchased it but it's kind of hard when the receipt on the Walmart app does not have the security information of purchase. So now tomorrow I will have to return the phone and re-purchase it and then activate it.
Bought tbis phone online and was going to transfer from my old phone to this. The problem, as I have read on these other reviews, is thst the phone was NOT activated properly from the warehouse. So i had to do the tedious runaround and take it back to my local Walmart store for a refund. Very frustrating and was bought on reduced sale price and it unsuprisingly went back to its regular higher price. Just a pain that people can't even do the simplest of jobs. The way of the world these days. Sad Sad SAD
this order was a week and half late, i paid for two day delivery, i contacted Walmart multiple times and was told to ask for a refund if not arrive by the next morning it came a day later at night.
Need to exchange the phone. Visual voicemail not working, headphones not working. Will not let me create a SIM card card lock and states there is already one created. Will not let me set up a voicemail pin
Useless phone! Sometimes it works, and sometimes it doesn't. Bought it for my son to carry at school in case of an emergency. Lot of good it does to have a phone you can't count on! Called tech support numerous times and they supposedly fixed the problem, but it would stop working again a week later.
i ordered the Walmart family mobile phone and yeah its not scanned correctly so yeah i gotta return it 😕
This is not the product I ordered. Web site says "Tracfone" and "[Locked to Tracfone Wireless]". Not "Walmart Family Mobile". Even though they may be owned by Tracfone, they have different service plans.
