I've been wanting that particular phone but couldn't afford it before. When I goty tax money I decided to get it. And y'all's price was less than others.
I love the phone, has large viewing ares. Geat camera, livid color with nice features. Also great price, less than other carriers. The only propblem was had to order protective case from Amazon for the 2021 model, case didn't fit. I then ordered protector case for 2022 model ant it fits.
I use very limited. Still getting used to. Fairly easy to use and find how to use features despite I know not much about technology! For a 2022 model just purchased in Feb., I think the price should have been reduced even more than it was. Not crazy a about the factory settings (sound choices).
The 2 day battery is only if you don't use it. Takes forever for the battery to charge but it drains pretty quick when you use it.
had trouble activating if. and trouble getting a straight anwser from the company. ended up being a mistake completely on there end and a huge headache for me. however Walmart customer service was a huge help!
dislike the warante. i bought a paper weight.walmart cancled my purchase of a protection plan for my phone. now i am just waiting to see if they get away with this and if so how long have they been doing this to people?
ive had this phone since frb 20 and have not got it turned on yet they say because it wasn't scanned it wont activate now there saying i have to shop it back
Your employee did not properly scan the barcode so I can't get thr phone activated without coming into the store. I think that employee scanned the exact type of phone and kept it for their self for free. I got royally screwed.
The phone is annoying. I have to place it on airplane mode AND do not disturb to ensure that it does not notify/alarm. I cannot simply go from sound to vibrate to no sound. I am unable to send pictures via group messaging. Group messages come to me as individual messages that say the message is waiting to be downloaded. The phone is not compatible with the Bluetooth music in my car. I have to use an auxillary cord to play music. These might all be technical issues, but I have never experienced them before and I don't want to spend hours on the phone to resolve them.
i liked the phone until it started cutting out on my calls and nobody could understand what I was saying.u called customer a couple times all they told me to do was reboot phone . That never worked. Texted a Customer service agent told me it was a BYOP phone. How can that be if I bought it off walmart .com. Makes no sense to me.
