Been using this phone for two weeks now and it works very well. So far, the phone works well and the price is great.
I didn't realize it was locked to Walmart so now I'm stuck with a phone that I don't know what to do with. I should be used to bad things happening to me by now 🤟
I've only had this phone two days, this morning I went to turn the phone on and it said files were corrupted and forced me to factory reset the phone. Is this a problem on my end, or the phone's end? Help pleeeeeeeeeeease
The phone arrived quickly, but when I went to activate the phone, I received an error message on the WalmartFamilyMobile.com website. I called the customer service number and was told it was a common problem: The phone package had not been scanned at the warehouse. I was instructed to take the phone to a Walmart store and have an employee scan the package. If I had problems, I was to call back the customer service number and have the store employee talk to them. I go to Walmart and the employees refused to talk to the customer service line, refused to scan the phone and told us it happens all the time with online orders. They were told not to scan the phones from online orders anymore. With no options left, my only choice was to return the phone.
I didn't receive the item so far .
For the second time in 3 years the cell phone purchased was not scan into system, so it cant be activated until it is brought back into store to be scanned. This time is more agrivating because when I talked to someone to check in for pickup they specifically said it would be brought out tp car after scanning....
Phone was brand new nothing wrong with it. But when we tried to activate the sim card and got a plan for it, the phone was never scanned properly in the warehouse or whatever to activate the phone for use. After talking to support turns out every phone they get ordered online for pick up always has this issue. Only solution was to return item to store and get cash back and buy the in store model. The new store bought device worked fine. Long story short it's a waste of time to order a phone online at least for in store pick up
I am returning the phone to my local Walmart store today. After calling customer service for WALMART family mobile like 7 times and getting different answers I was still WITHOUT CELL SERVICE SO NOW I HAVE TRACFONE
you sent the phone without properly scanning it and after telling multiple people I can not return to the store they are still wanting me to return the phone to the store, which I can not do!! It is impossible, so you have caused infinite grief to me!! you should never send a phone out not properly scanned!!!
Cant use a phone that was apparently never activated at any Walmart register. waste of time.
