I like this phone and plan so for. I have been a Verizon customer for 30 years so when I found out that this plan uses the same towers it was easy to choose. It took me a couple days to switch from Verizon prepaid to this plan however, everyone I had communication with (chatting or on a call) was exceptionally helpful. I started my transfer on the 19th and was fully connected by the 21st. After reading the reviews I was skeptical but I feel like I will be happy with this phone and plan.
Its everything that was described and more. The price was a little high but you pay for quality. I have been looking at this product for months on website. I finally ordered it.
Enjoy, these phones could not go to another. And the price wasn't bad at all.
Can't upgrade my Family Mobile phone
I paid why I am getting charged again when I paid already. I paid on line and yall took the money so why the double charge.
I bought 2 thinking the first one was an oopsie. nope. this is 4 gb rams, not 6. The manual even says 6 I'm staring at the settings confused. Do they really think we're dumb? or customers just don't matter to them. I'll be leaving a separate review of the 'rugged' case I got because I know I'm clumsy. it barely fell a foot or so down shattering the screen the second day of having it. cheap. falsely advertised AND you cant return electronics even if that's not what you agreed to buy
i got thus phone a few weeks ago thinking i was upgrading from the a13. everything about this phone just seems worse. the cell reception is horrible with it also
bad signal can't even call people in Walmart go figure
