I liked this old phone ideal for my grandson he keeps breaking the other kind breaking the glass this one can close just like the one I had years ago he likes it and I can keep in touch with him when he out
This a great old style phone and it feels stout got some weight to it seems solid and works great down here where I live at ...... No complaints from me awesome little phone ......
this is my second tcl flip 2 (the first lost its ringer sound) and it needs some way to easily transfer phone numbers directly from one tcl flip 2 to another. thats the reason for 4 stars, otherwise its a good phone
I bought this phone on Walmart.com when I called TracFone to activate it they told me it had never been registered and I would have to go back to Walmart so I did but I didn't have the receipt I don't know where Walmart push receipts when items are delivered the representative from Walmart tried everything to register this phone the barcode she looks things up nothing worked so why would you send out phones to people who want to be delivered and not register them just so they have to be taken back to the store anyway that doesn't make any sense so needless to say I won't be buying the phone some Walmart again
Do not buy a phone from Walmart, Phone showed up, and after being on the waiting on the phone for a hour. Was told a brand new phone was not setup correctly, so it could not be activated. Only recourse is to drive back to Walmart 20 miles to exchange it. I will drive back and get my money back. I should have know better, only thing you should buy from them is soap, and paper towels.
I purchased this phone on line for my husband which was diagnosed with cancer %26 has his first oncologist appointment Monday, May 13,2024.Also purchased ait time which an email was delivered to my phone so this new phone could be set up for my husband.Because the phone was delivered to my house from an online order the phone was locked %26 could not activate it to put air time on it.No changes as of today
I placed a delivery order and the phone was not scanned correctly in store and would not activate. I had to make a trip to the store to get it swapped out for one that would work.
Walmart neglected to do required bar code scan on (2) TCL family mobile phones that I purchased online which prevents me from getting the phones activated. The bar codes on located on each carton for each phone. I have discarded one box after opening so the required bar card scan cannot be performed. I have to go to Walmart store to get the scan performed.
i've been without a phone number for months because i couldn't afford it. locked to a carrier, and didn't want to pay all that money to turn it back on. now, im buying a car, and need proof of a phone number. prepaid flip at least gets me a number for a month, and my first thought was "walmart". bought this, went to activate it, it says it's already activated. well, no it's not, because it isn't working. i go to the help chat to see what's up, and they told me to go into the store. awesome, catch-22. need a car to get there, need to get there for the car. i finally got a ride a few days ago. they told me "we don't really do prepaid flip phones anymore, so you're gonna have to buy a service card. here's the cheapest; a month for $25, non-refundable." great, $20 was too good to be true anyway. i buy it, go home, and try to activate it. whole issue is that i don't have a phone number, and it asks for my number! can't set up the phone, go to help chat to figure it out. she takes me through some steps, and tells me "it was scanned wrong, you have to go back to the store so they can scan it". are you kidding? i confirm with her, say thank you, and go to my carrier to turn my smartphone back on for $50. spent $45 total, and figured "if i can't refund the service card, i might as well return the phone", right? wrong. return window just closed, which is what made me write this. my fault for missing the return window obviously, but why sell "prepaid" phones just to go through all this hassle that may not even work this was a pain. it's easier to go into the store.
oredered this product and it is a good one but Walmart didnt scan it properly before it was shipped to me so it was useless to me. I had to return it and get a refund and then purchase it again while i was in the store .... the point of shopping Walmart online, at least for us, is so that we can save money on travel costs.
