Had some problems with calls to iPhone sounds like chipmunks
Its a nice phone but it freezes a lot and runs very slow
word of advice don't buy one had mine for 3months and it locked up completely

Recently got 2 of these phones for xmas. didnt realize that you need to activate 1st before you can add the wifi. no problem went out to get 2-30 dollar cards to activate them and guess what both phones dont want to work after i put the money in them called the number that shows up and no real persons just computers. waste of time and money. Walmart you need to get these off your shelf including the Verizon prepaid phone. Its a joke. idk if i have the receipts. hope its not 100 bucks going down the drain.
Phone won't work it's been a nightmare. Can't make or receive calls.
Will not complete calls. Will not receive incoming texts from certain people. Will not give notifications for several apps. No storage space. Will not recognize SD cards.
I bought the phone because I needed a larger screen than the one I had. I had the phone 1 week as I do always after a week I shut it down to restart everything it would cut back on and read Verizon. It never would shut back on completely. I lost all my numbers email info pictures not to mention out of the money I paid for it. Is this fair we spend money and get nothing for it. I am very disapointed and would not recommend you to purchase. Not only the phone but Verizon support basically said tough luck. Please read reviews before purchasing. I will be swapping from Verizon.
bought to use without a network cannot even connect to wifi there was no indication that we woukd have to go to Verizon to set it uo with them. if we wanted to go to Verizon for a ohine we woukdnt have ordered online. we now have a brand new useless to us phone.
