There is a one star negative review here that states this fire extinguisher is not USCG approved and that they got a ticket in Oregon for it. I don't know what fire extinguisher they had, but this one most certainly is USCG approved. It has the mandatory Coast Guard classification system marking and approval number label right on it and it states in two places on the box that it is USCG approved. Maybe Oregon Coast guard officers don't know their own rules? Excellent product, especially for the price.
Fits perfectly in my two 2016 Sea Doo Sparks. $10 each here, vs the $25 each that they wanted at the Sea Doo dealership. Easy to get through Online order and Walmart store delivery. Great solution at 40% of the cost!
It looked good and it was easy to install however, I have not used it yet and I hope I do not have to.

It is the only fire extinguisher that fits in the little tube in the storage area of my Kawasaki jet-skis.
I was looking for a replacement extinguisher for our Yamaha Waverunner. It has a small storage tube for it, and this one fits perfectly. It was also the best price I could find anywhere.
Fits in the tube in my 2001 Kawi and 2001 Seadoo. Much cheaper then amazon.
The same extinguisher on other sites is $25+. I have two wave runners, and this fits perfectly into containers
I needed a small fire Extinguisher for my Yamaha Wave Runner
I have not used this fire extinguisher yet. I hope I never have to use it. But now I have it if I ever need it. The size is right_small_for my van. I have it in a a pocket of the seat back organizer behind the passenger seat. A larger extinguisher would be too heavy for that location. I would only use it to fight a kitchen fire in the back of the van. Bigger jobs such as extinguishing blazing tanker trucks on the interstate highway will have to be done by someone else.
