Enjoy delicious Organic Buckwheat Pancakes and Organic Waffles with our mix. Just add water, egg, and oil for a perfect breakfast every time! Pancakes- Stir together 1 cup mix, 3/4 cup water, 1 tablespoon oil, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract *(optional), and 1 egg in bowl. Grease and warm pan to medium heat. Pour batter by 1/4 cupful. Flip pancakes when surface bubbles. Cook until golden brown on both sides. Makes 5-6, 4" pancakes. Waffles- Stir together 2 cups mix, 1 1/2 cups water, 2 tablespoons oil, 2 teaspoons vanilla extract (optional), and 2 eggs in bowl. Grease and warm waffle iron. Pour the batter to cover waffle iron. Cook until golden brown.
