I always buy Benadryl anti-itch gel for my husband especially when he was working outside for his mosquito bites and other bites. It always works on his itching. It keeps him from scratching them open and getting an infection. I would and often do buy again I also recommend it to everyone. I'm
I was Gifted tgis product because I would get mosquitoe bites and hate them. I get so irritated when I get just one bite and the itching is unbareable for me so as applying this product had done its amazin job in taking the itch away when I get a mosquitoe bite or many bites it wotks great for many bites also as I have been bitten by mosquitoes more than five times on my arm. This ptoduct is recommended in ones hands as times of being around places where there are mosquitoes. Great packaging and colors. Texture is a creamygel texture that hoes on so smooth with fragrance not overpowering, feels lightweight and not greasy nor sticky feeling.
I am allergic to mosquito bites and suffer huge welts and severe itching. This is the only anti-itch product I have ever found that stops the itching. None of the cortisone products have ever come close. It works quickly and stops the itching for a long time. It also stops itching caused by any other irritant.
I am not a big fan of all those itch creams and stuff. Seems they usually are all caked up & get annoying & dont seem to help me much. But the benadryl itch gel is not like the others. It is one of the only products i use now for bites, poison ivy, sumac, etc. It goes on without any mess, it starts working immediately.
I was doing some gardening and forgot to put on bug spray. I came home and realized what a big mistake that was. Luckily I had some of this at hand. Helped a lot!!
Last week a bug bites my son and he is so bad and itching and red around the bit so I buy this Benadryl and he have a good change next day ☺️
I had a bottle for yrs. best stuff for stopping itching ran empty so tried to find more looked everywhere couldn't find any then Igot it from walmart. Thank You Walmart
Remarkable. Works so well on insect bites and also minor cuts and scrapes. I use this on my children and also myself. It's extra strength, so there is no need to use it a lot.
I have several mosquito bites on my feet, and they're obviously super itchy. After getting to the point of wanting to claw my feet off while on vacation, I rushed to the local pharmacy to get something. Being familiar with the benadryl brand I grabbed this one. The initial relief is there but after 10 mins it quits working. I would wake-up itching and reapply it just about every hour. I haven't slept and I'm currently rubbing my feet raw because this s#!+ doesn't work. * on another note* I could see where it might be ok for sunburn
At least for my purposes, this gel does not help. I'm struggling to figure out what product ingredients I am "allergic" to, as some combination of hand soap, shampoo, lotion, etc. is creating a "contact dermatitis" rash on my hands. I purchased this gel to help when this rash itches. Instead, it burns/stings and actually makes me WANT to itch the areas! Even if I resist doing so, the overall outcome of applying the gel does not seem to reduce or prevent the itching sensation. I would not buy this again. I'll be keeping it to perhaps try on mosquito bites this spring/summer, to see if it will have any purpose, at all, for my family.
