I bought the GE RPWFE FILTER. No issue and worked wonderful.
Product is fantastic. Very easy to install when the refrigerator alerts it's time to change.
The water filter works as intended. We are pleased with its performance.
This was the first filter I've bought for my new refrigerator, it took me a few tries to get the old one out, but i was trying too hard. Really was simple.

It took six days for delivery of item. Unacceptable time frame .
I am unable to install the new filter. I thought I had it in and then the water dispenser wouldn't work. So I removed it and tried to reintall, but it came out without swinging out and now I can't get the receptor part in the refrigerator to rotate out so I can install again. Ugh.
This part does not fit period. The tabs broke off when I tried installing it so now I have a very expensive fridge that I cant replace the filter on! I went to every website and watched every video on installing the RPWFE and nothing mentions the problems replacing the old RPWF with this ROWFE ! Don't waste your money!
It filters just fine, but will not reset the counter via the embedded RFID chip. Yes, I know how to put it in. This is the second filter that would not reset the counter.
I've ordered these filters for years. The last one I put in created BLACK ice cubes, despite my following their installation instructions and flushing the water.
