[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Your program on sending out filters every 6 months works well. The only problem is it takes 2 to 3 weeks for the refrig to make ice after replacing the filter.
The filter arrived even earlier than I thought. It was easy to unpack and had clear instructions for installation. The installation was super easy and the filter works great.
I love the fact that I don't have to go to the store to find the right water filter. It gets here in plenty of time to change it out when it is needed.

It is so easy to keep clean, and so much room inside freezer, and refrigerator compartments. Other refrigerators are not as good at keeping vegetables(lettuce, tomatoes ) fresh like the day they were purchased. The ice maker works efficiently, also changing the filter is so easy! I'm very happy with this LG product, and would recommend it to all my friends and family, it is worth the bargain you get when you purchase it.
Compared to other store, thus was the better “deal” by far so I went with someone I know and trust far as quality

not what i thought i was buying
Terrible!! Super strong chlorine taste/smell after putting this filter in! Didn't have this problem with the two previous filters I've had. Not buying it from here again!
