This was a replacement for the same item I already had.
My other Waterpik, (same model) worked for years, and replaced it with the same--I am sold on this product and how it lasted for soooo long....Please, Waterpik DON'T go out of business!!!!!

Easy to install. Good spray pressure. We have them in our bathrooms in our home, and in our vacation home.
I got this product because I knew my friend had it for a long time and it worked out well for her. Its in my bath now and I love how well it looks and works!
This has a decent weight to it and doesn't feel like cheap plastic. The hose may be kinked when taken out of the package but will return to its intended shape soon. The “off or dribble” feature was quite surprising to see. All in all, I bought a Waterpik for my house in 1997 and I'm still using it and this one surprised me with the same quality almost 25 years later.
this was a replacement for the all plastic edition I had for a while. But the settings were different and the high spray setting was not as good as the previous edition. Its sturdier and did not need pipe tape to keep it from leaking so I kept it.
The only beef I got is the hose needs to be a flex type of hose. The one on here makes it hard to shower. You can't turn the wand in positions you may need and it will not sit in the holder properly due to the hose being twisted in the wrong position.
Spray settings not identified on shower. You have to memorize them or go through them all every time you use it.
I bought 2 of these. The first one worked except for a leak where the hose connects to the mounting bracket. I added a washer of my own and that solved the problem. The second unit sprayed back and up from the ball joint on the mounting bracket. It soaked the wallboard on the wall and ceiling above the shower head. If used regularly it would quickly destroy the shower walls and ceiling. I will keep the one I got to work, but I am returning the 2nd. With a record of 2 defective products out of 2, I won't buy another Waterpik product.
