Wavlink tech support is superior daisy@wavlink.com is awesome, Walmart price is $20.00 cheaper than Amazon! My mesh router has been running for 30 days.
Works great. Fairly easy to setup and plenty of settings that let you adjust this as you see fit. With my old router I had issues getting signal upstairs and with an extender got maybe 30Mbps on a good day but usually closer to 10. Now I get over 100 and it's faster everywhere else in the house too. I like that the satellite has ethernet too so I can direct connect to it if I want or need. The up to 5000 sqft seems like a stretch. I think adequate coverage is more like 2500 sqft before it starts to really bog down. At 5000 sqft you probably have less than 1 Mbps in the far ends. You want them to overlap each other so make sure you plan that out before deciding how many satellites you need.
The router works fine and provides the extra range I needed. My only complaint is that the extender kept flashing so I had to disable the quick connect feature.
There is no one you can speak to for Tech Support. It is over email only as they are over seas. They are not available during the day, only overnight in America as they are about 12-13 hours ahead of us in time zones. So it makes response time slow. You don't always get a response in 24 hours. 1 of my units will not link up
