This is an excellent griddle. It is larger than most, and can easily cook 4 grilled cheese sandwiches, or four pancakes. Easy to clean. I'm very happy with this purchase.
I love this griddle. It is great for pancakes. Cooks evenly and cleans up good.
I am AMAZED at how well this griddle performs. It is larger than the norm so can do more at one time. It is completely NON Stick and I use this for a lot of my cooking now, not just pancakes or breakfast. You can't go wrong with this one !
This griddle is great! It doesn't have a red dot in the middle, though. I don't know if that makes a difference.
When I received this, I thought "oh no...it's just too big". I was afraid there would be a hot spot in the middle and the outside wouldn't cook. NOT SO. I fried bacon, and the pieces on the outside of the griddle cooked just as good as those toward the middle. It has a red circle in the middle of it...guess this is for the heat to go out evenly. I was really impressed, plus it looks good in the kitchen too! Would definitely recommend.
I was searching for a product which is non-stick and reliable to make some of my daily breakfast recipies at home. This product works fantastic for me....we dont make Pancake on this but works very well to make all kind of Indian Dosa's including Neer and paper Dosa's without any problem...The non stick surface work very well in preparation thin and crisp recipes.... The pan is approximately 13inch in diameter but heats up perfectly across the surface area..... I wish this product would have come up with the lid for covering on the top as could have used the steam generated for cooking from the top. I just ordered one more Very good product
