this prodoct works well with ribs or leg quaters, and also cleans up easly like verry well.

Great Rib Rack "IF" you grill a full rack. I have always cut my Rib Racks in Half for ease of cooking/temperature management... with Baby Back's cut in half this Holder doesn't have enough support for the rack and they try to fall through or rest at odd angles. As long as you're cooking FULL racks this holder is perfect for your slow cooking setup though.
