I did research on this and other grills. This grill works great and looks good. The assembly was not complicated or a big deal. Grilled 2 thick T-Bone steaks, (approx 2" thick) 2 potatoes, and 2 corn on the cob. Took approximately 25-30 minutes and the steaks were nice and juicy. Wife and I downsized and purchased a duplex. The grill stores great inside the screened in porch along with all the patio furniture. Perfect grill for us!
The assembly process was easy to follow - step-by-step. Every part fitting together as shown in the diagrams. It worked the first time. Solid and sturdy. A true keeper that will out last me, I'm sure. Wow! I can't wait to use it again. Cooking is a pleasure and clean-up is simple.
He loves the grill. Already used it three times. Weber makes great products and we are not disappointed. Loved the free shipping from Walmart. Defintely was a deciding factor in purchasing. We have small vehicles and it would not have been possible to get this home otherwise. Thanks for a job well done.
I am joining the masses and giving this grill a 5 Star Rating!! It was super easy to put together, and I got it on Summer Clearance for $180!!! WE LOVE IT!! It grills food to perfection, and doesn't have all of the extras that you don't really use anyway!
This is "THE BEST" grill I have ever purchased. The heating is very accurate and even.....as good as an oven. Prime Rib can be cooked on this grill to perfection. Really enjoy trying new things on this grill that I wouldn't dare on my old grill. Clean up is a snap with a GOOD wire brush. Assembly was very easy!
Purchased as a b-day gift for my husband...BEST GIFT yet in 26 years of marriage. We are replacing an older Weber Q which was smaller...it is being handed down to our daughter and son-in-law...still in great shape. Hopefully this one will match in quality...only time will tell. Only concern with this one is that the stand doesn't fold for easy transport.
no hassle grill,put your food on,set your timer for 6 min.flip meat another 6 done.no flare ups,no reason to lift the lid,i love mine so much i bought 1 for dad,he had a big stainless,it had hot spots,cool spots.he loves it.highly recommend
The frame on my Weber Genisis rusted out after 10 years of Florida salt air. From reading reviews of the Q series am hopeful that the plastic frame will hold up much longer. I have had Weber's (both charcoal and gas) since the 1960's and wouldn't have anything else.
Really like this grill. Had two broken parts in the box, but one email to Weber and my replacement parts are in the mail.
I just purchased a Weber Q320 online from Walmart. I assemble the grill per the instructions and everything worked fine except the Grill Out Handle Light. I used the trouble shooting guide on page 26 and I could not get the light to function. I also referred to the Grill Out Handle Light manual on the Weber website but could not get the light to function. I emailed Weber and asked "What should I do next?" Weber has not yet responded to my email.
