I had this shipped site-to-store and it arrived in good condition. Upon opening the carton I found the contents to be packaged very well and in a logical order. The assembly hardware was well organized and made very easy to identify. I set aside a couple of of basic tools and a couple of hours to build the product and did so easily in that time frame. Once constructed I found the unit to be all I had expected it to be. I weigh 300 lbs. and this thing is rock solid under me - no fears of mechanical or structural compromise let alone failure. It's easy to use and I'm sure will last for decades. I'd say that this machine pretty well defines the optimal cross sections of expense vs. value as a matter of practicality and safety. In my opinion a lesser machine will not be nearly as safe and more machine is moving into overkill territory.

The product is wounderful,(THEIR CUST SERVICE STINKS).I have been waiting for almost a month for a part #33,called the ankle lock assembly the part broke off in my hand before i was able to mount it and when i call icon they tell me its on b/o. Other wise the product is built very well, instructions are clear and accurate, and the price was $90.00 less than anywhere online,I have been shopping for it since xmas.walmart site to store shipping was fast and efficient. I have since ordered another item and the service was terrific

You will see other reviews that complain about broken parts. I believe they have fixed this problem. I checked the parts before leaving Walmart, and got the associate to agree to return damaged parts for me before I opened the box. It took a buddy and me about an hour to assemble. The price was the best I found for the sturdiest machine I have ever seen. Have no complaints, and I am already feeling some relief after only a few days of use. Not very thrilled by the ankle holders though they work better if you wear shoes.

Very solid machine. Extremely stable - which is important since you are relying on this to safely hold you upside down. I have experienced a great stretch and decreased back pain from using the machine as little as 5 minutes per day. I am extremely happy with this piece of equipment.

After reading many reviews on this product, I purchased it. All the reviews said that it takes 2+ hours to put together and are they sure right. It took me 3-1/2 hours to fully assemble. Yes, it is big and bulky but I feel 100% safe while in use. Some reviewers said it hurts your ankles when in use but it feels just fine to me. Overall a good and sturdy inversion table for a decent price.

This is a very sturdy, strong and secure feeling inversion chair that took about 2 hours to assemble. The majority of the parts are very well made. However, check all of your plastic parts in the box as we had 3 that had to be replaced by manufacturer. The parts didn't even look broken (I checked them myself), the problem appears to be hairline cracks that you don't really notice until assembly. Most of the cracked plastic parts were cosmetic, but the degree of inversion selection dial/device has a plastic handle and that is the main part we had to replace as it would be used to turn the selection dial. The small pieces, nuts, bolts etc are very well sorted and packed for easy location and I was very well impressed with the way the parts were sorted for me. We have used the chair several times and are thankful for it as it has already begun helping relieve tension in our backs. As a foot note, the manufacturer did not charge us freight for the replacement parts as mentioned in other reviews, but they told me to make sure I didn't need more during the assembly as add ons would have shipping charges (I think it was like $5.00 or so).

Wanted something heavy duty as I am 6-3 and 225. Frame and steel parts on this are stronger and more stable than any others I looked at. Unfortunately plastic parts are rather cheap. 2 parts were broken on arrival. The manufacturer replaced them without a problem but there is a $6 handling fee to do so. A week later the plastic handle for adjusting the angle limit also broke. But as an inversion table, I like it better than any others I tried regardless of price. There are quite a few pieces, but assembly is straightforward.

HEAVY DUTY PIECE OF EQUIPMENT

This is for someone who really wants a very sturdy piece of equipment. Since you'll be hanging upside down, you can't relax if you feel that the thing migh fall apart. The tubing on the base and side-arms is 2 1/2" dia. It's SOLID. I'm 250, and feel safe hanging in full 'inverted' position. It has two adjustments for controlling the "tipping", and you may have to try different combinations to get it just right for you. But the sturdy grab handles will help getting inverted or back upright. AND it has 6 stops to control how far "back" you tip, from just past horizontal to full vertical. So start out with the least tip, so you can get back up if the "center" needs adjusting. The leg-clamp lever is very sturdy and easy to use: it opens PLENTY so you can step in, then you pull up on the handle you see down by the leg-clamps and pivot them snug against your legs: it has very solid "click-stops" that latch securely; spring-loaded plunger type thing. BUT MAKE SURE YOU GET IT "CLICKED DOWN". IT'S PRETTY OBVIOUS. Pay attention to that 120 lb weight: it will require effort to get it home and to set it up. You have to hold up some heavy [20-30lb?] pieces while bolting them together: I did it by myself, but having 3 arms would have been nice. You will need a crescent wrench [8"] and phillips screwdriver, but they provide the 2 metric hex keys. Ordinary pliers "might" work instead of crescent. SEE MY ATTACHED PICTURE: the "blister-pack" with all the fasterners is labelled by size and "reference number". So they tell you to use screw M6X55mm, #56, you look for #56 and that's it. Just don't take them out of the pack till you're ready to use them, one at a time.

I picked this up at the store...several pieces were broken and Weider was not very helpful. We did eventually get the parts we needed. VERY complicated to put together. Having said that, it is a great table. My husband and I are both happy with it, now that we are over the aggravation of putting it together....

I really thought this would be a great product, since my husband and I both have back issues, but was disappointed. I purchased it thinking it would be better on the ankles due to the cuffs that appear to lock, but they really don't take much of the pressure off the feet and ankles. The product is very sturdy and well made, but painful on the feet and ankles.
