I purchased this bike a few days ago. It took me approximately 2 hours to put it together by myself. I didn't have all the proper tools and could have used an extra hand when tightening some of the nuts, but otherwise fairly easy to put together. Perfect equipment for an apartment. Not to big and whisper quiet. It has 10 different tension levels and I could tell a difference going from tension level 2 to 3. It also has 6 pre-set programs that are timed. As you increase levels, you also increase time and peddle power. The display lights up when you need to peddle faster or peddle slower. I am very impressed with the quality of this piece of equipment. I use this while watching my favorite TV shows and before I know it 30 min have gone by. I recommend this for someone looking for a low impact workout!
this excersice bike is everything i was looking for in a bike. it took me a little more than a hour to assemble it by myself. i then tried it the next day i did 6 miles on it with out any tension. i built up my stamiaand now i have started useing the pre programs. i like this bike and would reccommend it to any one , especially if u r over 50 like i am
It's very quiet. I love the amount of choices it gives for options on paced workouts. I got this at the store near my house on clearance for $50 off and pre-assembled, so you might want to check locally before buying it online. Don't hesitate purchasing this to add to your daily routine. I don't see this bike becoming a coat rack anytime soon :)
I ordered this bike online and received it pretty quick. I put it together myself. It was very easy. I have been on it every day since. I am 4 months pregnant and live in one of the hottest city's around. With the summer coming up I wanted something other than my treadmill to exercise on. This bike is comfortable. I love the adjustable tension on it. This bike make exercising easy. I LOVE IT!
I just got this bike a few days ago and I'm really in love with it. I had my first child last year and I'm still overweight from it so I decided to do something about it! It's really nice to just sit and be able to work out lol. Anywho, it wasn't too hard to put together it was much easier than I had expected. The bike is super comfortable and the display is really nice. It's totally silent so I can watch T.V. while I use it and the resistance is really tough so you will get a real good workout. I've already lost 5 lbs and use it everyday several times a day cause it's just that much fun to ride. Hope this helps it really is worth purchasing if you need a bike.
I am very pleased with my purchase it is an excellant value for the money it is well made and sturdy. My husband and I put this together and the directions were easy to understand. I have had no problems with this bike and it does have some nice features. I did not realize how out of shape I was until I started using this bike thought I would go for a half hour LOL, lucky to do 10 minuets but am slowly icreasing that. It is comfortable and I enjoy watching TV while I ride.
I really like the quietness of this product, because you can use it while watching TV, and when others are in the room. So far I have no complaints, and think this is really ideal for me...since I broke my foot 2 months ago, and it is still causing pain. With thisz you can set the tension, and that is a big plus!
I only needed the bike to do the basics and it works well, and digital readings are easy to understand and work. I had a friend put it together for me. I am disabled and it gives me exercise in my apt. A satisfactory, if basic bike. I recommend it for those who do not need too many 'bells and whistles'..
I bought this a few days ago and although it said it was a 2 person assembly I put it together myself. It took me an hour or so. Lots of screws! :)I am looking forward to losing weight for summer and I am very satisfied with my purchase of this bike. It is quiet so I can watch tv or listen to music as I am riding. It is pretty comfortable because of the seat. Almost doesn't feel like exercising. I am going to weigh myself once a week to see if I am losing weight. I would definetly recommend this bike.
Ok, I am two things, handicapped and on the taller side. More specific information about the specs (height of the seat from the ground) would have helped more about my purchase and the resistance is virtually unnoticeable (misleading) even with my limited strength. It is just enough for now, but will be surpassed. I guess you get what you pay for.
