I haven't put it together with bolts but just layed it out and it will work great.....I am using it as a ramp to get to my boat.....Plenty heavy duty and will work great. I do have a comment to the form users.....a nickname sometimes can be only 2 letters......your form asks for more letters....
I purchased this in lieu of a lot of lumber to make a ramp for my Father-in-Law. It is very sturdy and was perfect for the job. I did use additional 4X4's for support in the middle but if you use 3/4 inch plywood it is sturdy on its own. Keep in mind if you are hooking in in a door way the width is not as wide as you would like for a scooter or jazy. I made it wider and punched it thru the drywall for an extra 6 inches. My wife said 6 inches isn't a lot. Well.... Great ramp, well made and perfect for the cost.
Bought this ramp for the price no disappointments works as it should . Little heavy but to support 600lbs I guess it needs to be .
I bought this a couple weeks ago and it was easy to assemble. It works great!
Although it is heavier than i originally planned for- it is very solid. I used regular CDX 3/4 ply in a 24" width and the ramp is very sturdy. Assembly takes some time and it is helpful to have an open, dry and clean flat surface. All the pieces were included in the box i received
It is exactly as expected. It is simple to put together and well built. Very happy with this purchase.
The product worked great and I was able to get it together with the help of a friend. This one is seriously a two person job! While the instructions were mostly clear there could be some improvements. Also I got a metal splinter!! So running some steel wool around the cut edges before working would be appropriate.
I bought this to help my aging mother who recently was diagnosed with osteoarthritis and needs a walker to walk around. She no longer can easily manage her outside stairs, this ramp helps greatly. I would suggest to include instructions top build an underside brace though. The longer ramp does sag a little even with the 3/4" plywood they suggest using.
Very nice kit. Instructions could have been better, diagrams etc....
The product works great as a temporary wheelchair ramp so far this summer. This thing is very heavy when assembled, so it will be outside all year round. The instructions are horrible, and this is definitely a two person job unless you have access to a decent work station. With wood, this cost me less than a quarter of what a site built, ada ramp would, and a quarter of the work.
