No idea why only two stars. It is perfect size and works well to me. My daughters use it for some paper projects and I have it for some kitchen uses.
Top handle breaks on these with little force. Don't know why they will use titanium on blades and week rubbery/plastic material on handles that break and make otherwise a great pair of scissors useless!
