Combo mode is ideal for large cuts of pork and beef. It cold smokes first, then cooks with hot smoke to infuse maximum smoky flavor. The included metal rack is adjustable for smoking one to three tiers of food at once. The smoker/slow cooker has a tempered glass lid with integrated gasket seal and a patented temperature probe to continually monitor internal food temperature as food slow cooks or smokes. The digital controls are easy to use, and the smoking chamber is easy to load with readily-available wood chips (not included).
