This is a very well built Smoker. Made of heavy metal solid construction. I could adjust the temperature from 150 to 200 degrees. The chip box held enough chips to keep a good smoke going for about an hour and then (with pliers) easy to refill and kept going. You can not be in a hurry. This is not a grill. Easy to assemble. It is a good size for a family. Propane use was very reasonable for the amount of time used. Easy to clean. The smoke was well infused into the meat. The burner knob and control could be better defined.
