For some reason as we grow up we are made to believe that adult cereal is bland and boring. That certainty isn't the case here. This cereal is delicious. The little bunches are seriously amazing. This cereal also isn't just for adults either. My 7 year old love this. I had to fight him to snag a bowl for myself or he would of ate the entire box himself. I'll be stocking up on our next grocery trip for sure!
Flavor, crispiness and healthy. This cereal has been in my table for the last 5 years and we never get enough of it. At the beginning was just me eating but now we are 6 people in the house eating it. Every time someone in the family tries it get in love automatically. I highly recommend this cereal for its flavor, crispyness and healthy ingredients!
Honey Bunches of Oats has been one of my favorite cereals for years. My kids also love it. It's just as tasty, or even more-so, than they super surgery cereals (that we are also a fan of). You get the right combination of different types of flakes and the granola chunks that are mixed in. My wife even mixes some into her yogurt sometimes (while I usually just use granola). I will continue to buy these forever. I also like the Almond version. It's good to switch between them for the variety. I would highly recommend these for all ages!
If we never received this freebie then my family would definitely be missing out! Thank you bzzagent and Post for the opportunity:) My husband, daughter, and I did a taste test and gave it 6 thumbs up!!! Let's just say it's on my weekly shopping list from now on.
I usually don't have cereal in the morning. I have cereal for dinner. There are many times I have no idea what I want for dinner. When those times come around, I have cereal for dinner. This is the only cereal I buy because it is so filling and delicious with cold almond milk.
This is the kind of cereal that makes you just forget the crazyness of the upcoming day. Just eat a bowl of it and fully wake up. It's a great start to the day. My favorparts are the bunches of oats and the frosted flake parts My daughter loved the bunches of oats inside. I like that it seems healthy compared to so many cereals and still tastes great
When I first received this cereal, I didn't think I was going to like it. I thought it was going to be very bland tasting. Boy, was I wrong! This cereal is absolutely delicious! Not only did I eat this cereal with milk for breakfast, but i would just pull out the box and eat some for a snack, too! This cereal is so flavorful and the honey toasted granola pieces in here are amazing! The best part of this cereal has to be how much my 6 year old loves it! I think he ate more of this box than I did! It truly says something about how delicious this cereal is if my picky 6 year old loves it!
I'm kinda torn & cant give a straight yes or no answer on whether I liked Honey Bunches of Oats. Sounds strange I know but the jury is still out. Parts of it were tasty like the flakes. They were sweet & has a decent coating on them. The granola was another story. I'd say at least 75% of it had no sweetness & almost had a bitter taste. I was impressed with the flake to granola ratio. I also was a little disappointed in the length of time it took for everything to get soggy. I kinda felt like I was eating mush by the time I finished. I'm wondering if maybe I got a bad batch or something because I dont remember being this dissatisfied with the cereal but it has been several years since I had it. I would be willing to give it another try!
I was excited about the cinnamon flavor for this cereal, but was let down. The only thing with any flavor in this cereal were the clusters, but you have to get a pretty big cluster to get the flavor. And the bits are small, so it was difficult to get on the spoon by the end of the bowl.
Don't get me wrong, I would buy this product again, but probably to satisfy my after dinner sweet tooth. It is low in fat, but high in sugar. If you look at the nutrition label, sugar and corn syrup and molasses are listed before honey, smh. It tastes good, but I wish it would stay crunchy for little longer. Maybe if they added more oat clusters like some of the other reviews mentioned.
