I always put moisturizer before applying makeup but it doesn't make any difference . This was my first time trying this Wet n wild primer serum and to be honest i am pleasantly surprised. This primer is so good to active my skin for best makeup results. This primer smells so good and it is made with some beneficial ingredients like Rose water, green tea extract . This helps to boost your skin and brighten your skin tone. I love how it keep your makeup long lasting and doesn't make you look dull. This is so easy to apply and quickly absorb in skin.
This gives me the glass skin effect at an affordable price! I love it!

I am giving 3 stars for the fact I haven't noticed any real difference in using the primer except for possibly less oil on my face for a while. Which I didn't expect from this formula. Another review said it smelled bad but mine did not. It actually smelled nice. Either way the smell disappeared quick. Hasn't broke me out with any rash or acne. May update review once I've used it longer.
