Bob Hope has his hands full in this one! He?s Michael Valentine, a dog food-peddling disc jockey who is named the long-lost heir to the throne of a mythical kingdom. This makes him the target of spies, kidnapping, death plots ? and two determined women. One is his ex-fiancee (Vera Marshe); the other is General Grimovitch ("Signe Hasso"), a militant but beautiful blonde who?s trying to get him safely to his new country. Meanwhile, his abandoned ex?s Manhattan cop brothers ware out for his blood while revolutionaries from his new ?kingdom? are out to do him in! A nervous Michael is ?hunted, shot at, stabbed, nearly hanged, tossed out of an aeroplane, and run down by a car? (Cue Magazine). But dealing with the women is even tougher. There?s action galore, from corpses falling out of closets to bodies bouncing around in slapstick chases.
