A large mixing bowl nearly touches the top of the microwave. Additionally, the support under the carousel is unstable. It often comes out of the track. One of the thing I like least about this microwave is that one needs to open the door in order to access the controls.

Due to “ supply chain” issues we could not get one for many months. our contractor picked this one. It is sleek and looks nice BUT is only able to do already programmable items such as reheat, frozen meals,potatoes, etc. You cannot put in your own times. There is no number keys. Totally frustrated and paid significantly for it.
I had installed my microwave properly, the light turns on I set the clock. It was not until I used it to heat up a mug to make myself hot chocolate, when I hear sparking and I immediately take it out of he cabinet and see that the transformer is sparking.
