The unit isnt exactly as pictured. I like it anyway. It was easy to install by myself. It was a little heavy but manageable. It blows cold air and seems to work fine so far. It has many features I didt realize.

It arrived a few days early, everything was exactly as Describe on the add,there was no damage from shipping it too the house.. I'm very pleased and satisfied,also very COOL thanks to Walmart!! Lol.. (definitely Recommending) THANKS
The unit works great after the take it apart, and put it back together in the window assembly. The shipping was fast. The window dimensions were wrong. The side screens were an inch shorter. We had to add layers of sticky foam to the sides. It also lets light in under the bottom, so we had to seal that from bugs getting in.
fedex dropped mine but it works and its quiet enough and cold that being said if you buy this item they should tell you that you need to take the unit apart to install parts from the inside of the outer shell so have room to tear your ac apart and place the guts while you work on the shell
details? here you go! the material that holds the unit was totally plastic!! oops! don't drop it! units aren't made like the old days!! today is cheap plastic!!! could say more, but i think you get the message! now, for a little positiveness, the air flow is good for a 5000 unit for a kitchen!! does very good at night! gave 3 stars because of unit's material.
Received broken twice. Packaging does not allow appliance to arrive intact. Walmart has a poor return process for large products. If you are unable to reseal the box , You will need to carry to fedex and pay for reboxing this 100lbs item for around $50.00.
The item arrived damaged it has a big dent on the side
Item came damaged as photo shows so I have to go through the frustration of sending it back.
Shipping was delayed by a week and ac arrived damaged!
