We bought this unit about a month ago and absolutely love it! Our old one was 27 yrs old. Very economical and efficient. The washer spins the clothes very dry making less dryer time. A little noisy but worth it! Highly Recommend

I have had this Stacked Laundry Center for a couple months now and I love it. It's perfect for the small space I have. It is a little noisy during the water drain cycle but it's perfect! I've had it about a month now and i like it. For a single male or maybe two person household it is nearly perfect. Load size is a little small so it take an extra load to get the same amount done also it takes a little longer to get my clothes as dry as i like. It is smaller than I expected. It cleans and dries just fine. My only complaint is the latch that closes the drier door is so flimsily made, that I can see it breaking off one day in the near future. If I ever have to replace it, I will spend the extra two hundred dollars or so to get a larger, more sophisticated model. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washing machine part works great. The dryer does not get hot enough and often we have to run two cycles to get our items to dry. This is the exact model we had, which broke, and we are surprised that this one is so different from that one.
New machine does not dispense sufficient hot water for the "HOT WASH" cycle! This week, a service technician checked the machine and said "it is doing exactly what it is supposed to do because it is a "VERY EFFICIENT ENERGY SAVER and WATER SAVER". The water temperature is COLD!! He's got to be kidding! What will WHIRLPOOL do to provide a product that meets the functional specifications!
