I love the look and capacity of these units, but there are a few finishing details missing. It looks like insulation was blown in and not capped off at the back and the top. For the price, I feel these little details should have been taken care of.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did a lot of research and it paid off. I like the independent shelve, light in the freezer, and single top door. Fits perfectly in my tight kitchen. Not worth subtracting a star, but the ice bin is way too big taking up valuable freezer space. I had to switch door opening from left to right, simply done.

It has plenty of space for groceries and the ice maker is our favourite feature. The only slight inconvenience would be that the black stainless steel finish scratches very easily and It was delivered with a tiny scratch but not enough for me to want to return and wait for a new fridge I was too excited to start enjoying it & I love it nonetheless.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased about a month ago. So far so good. However, the vegetable drawers could use some improvement. They don't slide out very easy when full. Also if you do not use the icemaker, you need to have it off otherwise it makes a buzzing sound.
Overall I am happy with the fridge and it looks great - one thing I am not happy with is the clearly stainless steel handles (too much contrast to the black stainless and doesn't look the best) the images do not show the clear difference and I think they are misleading.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought for garage fridge/extra storage. This is a mid range refrigerator. Has ice maker but no water dispenser but I didn't need that. It is roomy for cases of water and the freezer will hold a small freezer order of meats And frozen vegetables. The door handle reverses but they have unsightly screws on the front of the door which detracts from the looks The surface shows handprints easily but I used cleaner and avoid touching. The door has a suction that makes it hard to open at times. It serves its purpose in the garage but I wouldn't like it in my kitchen for use.

Also the freezer being a basket that's angled wastes space and energy as every time it's opened everything is exposed to the room temperature .

What a piece of junk!!! Told service would come on 8/21, but service company can't be here until 8/27 - one whole week later!!!!!!!
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We bought the fridge in Nov 2023. It is so so. I have some issues that I am trying to work out. Firstly when the compressor kicks in it sounds like a truck is in the yard. It is quite loud compared to our old one. Secondly, I find the freezer door quite cumbersome. Thirdly the plastic slides are very cheaply made so they don't slide as easy as our old fridge( my suggestion ::: fix this immediately) Right now I'm not overly happy.
