[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love it! Was hesitant at first after reading some of the bad reviews but quickly realized all the refrigerators had some type of bad review. I was so happy when I heard the ice machine drop ice after about six hours. That was fast. I love the taste of the water and the ice cubes. There is a tremendous amount of space. I am very happy, that my husband and I purchased this refrigerator and believe me we went to four different stores looking at many models.

This is replacing a 15 year old refrigerator so expectations were high. The storage amount of this fridge compared to the old one, having the same outer dimensions, is amazing. We have an extra fridge in the garage but we might be able to get rid of it due to the amount of storage in this new fridge. The only complaint I have is the ice maker is slow, even when set to the speed mode. It's not a game changer but if you're a large family something to think about. Hope this one lasts 15 years too.

The ice maker in the door allows at least one additional shelf in the freezer section, and it produces more than enough ice for most users. The ice dropping into the bin makes more noise than if the ice maker were embedded in the freezer, but I believe the trade-off for more space is worth it. The glass shelves, clear door bins, and LED lighting make it easy to see where everything is placed at a glance, and the cooling motor/compressor is almost silent on the rare occasions when it is running. Top all of that with the sleek, modern look of the ice/water dispenser and fingerprint resistant stainless steel and this one is hard to beat at any price!

This fridge replaced a Kenmore that kept needing fan replacement, after a few months my fridge would stop cooling. I love the ice in the door, so it doesn't take up much room. It's very easy to clean and wipe down also.

It's side by side, it's roomy, it has ice and water on the door. I looked on Google and people rated Whirlpool as "reliable" and that's what I wanted. So far it's been GREAT!

If you have a counter or cabinets near by this could be difficult
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Most of the aspects of the refrigerator are good but the shelves are not wide enough to make them feel secure. When you move around product on the shelves they will shift and can come off the wall support mount causing instability.

The water line is a bit louder than my last refrigerator and the ice maker on/off is not very easy to reach, so four stars.

The freezer works great, the refrigerator side is about average... there seems to be a difference in working condition. The freezer maintains its temperature better; whereas the refrigerator needs to be set colder than the recommended temperature. The price overall was the purchasing reason.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very first day there was water on the floor under the corner of the freezer door. I thought maybe that it was because the water had just started to flow into the ice maker and maybe it would stop after the initial start-up. Wrong, six days later there was a large puddle of water on the floor in the same spot under the freezer door. I took the bottom trim off the refrigerator and saw the leak at the coupling where the water line comes from the bottom of the unit and goes up into the freezer door. I took it apart, wiped it off and put it back together to see if this will fix the problem. Time will tell.
