I like the touchscreen, but I have had no problems. I have used the microwave more than ocen, but I do like the quick 1 min, 2 min, and 30 sec buttons. Havent used convection oven yet. I like the option to decide to turn off oven. leave on or reduce temp once timer goes off. I did connect the oven to WiFi and I have the app, but havent used yet. No regrets from me. Been installed for about 3 months.

I'm still watching because the timing is quicker than a reg oven or microwave. But it definitely save you time in the kitchen and looks awesome! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's nice to have something new. Looks great in our remodeled kitchen. I wasn't sure how I was going to deal with the display but I like it. The user interface is easy enough to use. Two things I wish for next time. Ball bearing slides. The old school gray slides are sticky and slanted when lulled out. Also. Seems like preheat takes too long. 14 minutes to get to 350 degrees

The Wi-fi control feature always impresses the guests. Only negative is that in the time we've owned it it has had one error pop up that lasted for a few hours. We were not able to use it during that time. Good thing it is covered under warranty. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
The microwave caught fire, and now we are forced to replace the whole unit as it has been deemed unrepairable. The controls are clunky and the unit will randomly restart without warning. We should have known something was wrong in the first few months. I do not recommend this purchase, and we are disappointed to be wasting so much money having to replace this unit. A one year warranty is ridiculous.
The touchscreen fails all the time requiring it to be reset at the breaker. Microwave should be 1100 watts but is only 900 so everything takes a little longer to cook. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
