Our builder installed this as an “upgraded venthood”. It only suctions on one side so I can only cook certain items (like searing and such) on one side of my range. Unfortunately it's the side with all my small burners. It also isn't a very strong suction even at the highest setting. So much for that “upgraded” expense.
Received this with my new home . Used for 1 year and hoped it'd work one day. The product is poorly designed and does do what it's supposed to. I even tried replacing with new filters. Somehow it seems only one side has suctions, and that's too negligible. Overall, I feel cheated.
