I like the slide in with the controls on top and I'm happy to have 4 burners and one oven again. The settings are easy to use - I still haven't figured out the timer yet and initially accidently turned off the oven trying to use it - but I'm sure I'll figure it out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only had this range a few weeks, but right from the beginning I loved the design, the sturdy range top and grates and the burners of different sizes. I like the storage drawer underneath. I have not used the oven yet as I've been busy putting my whole kitchen back together.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this unit to replace an aging whirlpool slide in range. The old range was noisy and the oven would not stay lit. After several calls, the technician recommended due to its age to replace it. This one is very silent and I can tell Whirlpool has made several design improvements. The front burners are very powerful and heat water quickly. Notice in the photo, I filled the gap between the countertop and the range with a PVC trim product. The advantage of this is you can bend the end of the trim around the contour of the countertop. Just heat it a little, bend it around the countertop and tape it down for a day. I am very pleased with my purchase.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The stove is a real good buy so far. I like everything except for one thing. The over warmer at the bottom which pulls out is not very impressive. The appliance is good but that throws me off each time I try to open and close. It feels cheaply made and I rather not have it. It gets misaligned every single time I have to pull out and push it back in. It is very annoying. They put their money into the whole appliance pretty well but they held back on it. I use it often so it is very bothersome. They could have done without it.

The bottom drawer is very Flimsy and doesn't fit well and feels like it's going to bend or break. You have to advance the timer instead of entering the time you want. Otherwise, I haven't had the oven long enough to make a good.
This range was supplied by the builder in a new construction home. Its alright. Sometimes takes forever to ignite but the thing I dislike the most is how hot the top is when using the oven. Is it normal to radiate heat to the stovetop when using the oven, at almost the same temperature of what the inside is?
