My plumber and electrician installed them 1 week later and one of the dryer did not work. I had to call the service company to come out on February 12, 2024 and it was determined that the dryer had a defective timer. So now I'm waiting for it to be fixed. I think I should be refunded.

When it was received, a timing component was completely missing and caused the dryer to run hours on end unless manually shut off. It wouldn't dry the clothes properly, and ran up a prettt nice electric bill. The appliance repair company took a month to come diagnose it from report, and then “fixed” it a month later. It is now running again without heat. I purchased this machine 05/22, and it has given me nothing but headaches since.
