I used the wrinkle free option and it really does the job. No more ironing needed! This dryer also dries well and evenly w/o having to keep adding more time. I actually bought the set — washer and dryer and I am pleased with both!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a really nice dryer with lots of fancy features to love but I have one small but important gripe - it doesn't dry my clothes all the way! The auto sensing feature doesn't really work. I have pulled out damp clothes. At best, they are damp only at the seams and around collars and hems, but I've also pulled out a load of damp towels the dryer insisted were dry. I put them back in, they come out damp again. I get better results when I use the timed dry feature to dry clothes.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dryer a month ago and the first time I used it I heard a thumping sound and the clothing didn't dry properly. For some reason the clothing in the back stays damp while the clothing in the front is dry. So with all the fancy features (that I haven't been able to use) the timed dry is the only setting that seems to get the clothing in the back dried a little bit more, however, I have to dry for an extended time. I still have both issues and I wouldn't purchase this dryer again.
