I wasn't sure I would like the top inside door operating options (touch) but they work fine. I'm getting used to the three level configuration of shelves as well but the seem to accommodate all sizes of various cookware, dishes, and glasses. I especially like the express wash feature.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dish washer was installed a few weeks ago. Quiet enough (they have lower dB units available), the 3rd top rack is great. Need to experiment with the settings but the standard cycle dry leaves dishes slightly wet. Also like the S.S. black finish. This washer is ideal for someone on a budget, looking for features, sound, finish, etc of a high end low dB unit 2-3x the price. The washer is located 10' from my tv, I just turn it up a few more points when it runs but unit isn't loud, just not as quiet as the units offering dB levels you can't hear.
My new dishwasher was delivered yesterday. It has sleek looks, large capacity and great features. I am very happy with my purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago after removing the old one, updating the outlet and the old 1980s plumbing. It fit perfectly in the space. Just love it! So quiet. I can be standing next to it and hear nothing. The controls on the top are perfectly placed, easy to start, and leaves a sleek look to my kitchen. It cleans very efficiently while I sleep soundly. I use the 3rd rack for large kitchen knives, spatulas, and other awkward utensils. I can pick up the utensil rack and walk it to my kitchen drawer to unload. My favorite appliance by far. I had not had a dishwasher for years, so glad I got it now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I regret paying extra $ for the third rack. I thought I found the ‘perfect' dishwasher! I was excited to see the third rack to clean coffee cups and bowls, but the online pictures are misleading. Most of our mugs do not fit. Unless you have the tiny, 8 ounce coffee cups from yesteryear, your mugs probably won't fit. Our large (10.5 inch) plastic plates are also too big to fit on the middle rack. When I went shopping, I only took a cookie sheet to try in the lower rack. Next time I shop, I'll be bringing a box full of various dishware to try. As far as cleaning, this dishwasher has been great. Very quiet.
I bought this product and the motor blew out in 14 months. What happened to quality control? Our refrigerator leaked within a few months from factory problem!
