I have had this product for 5+ years, and it still works like new, in fact, its in my bedroom. It is wonderful, and I highly recommend it (:
I ordered this dresser for my teenage daughter and it's perfect. I ordered it site to store and was afraid it wouldn't fit in the back of my mini-van, but it did (although the box IS fairly large and heavy). The dresser came completely assembled (which was a surprise to me), I thought I would spend hours putting it together. A couple of the wooden pieces on the bottom were cracked, but nothing that a nail and a little wood glue couldn't fix. The drawers are deep and hold lots of stuff, but they have a flimsy particle board bottom, so you have to be careful how much stuff you're putting in them. The dresser itself is very sturdy and the drawers have rollers so they slide in and out very easily. Overall, we're happy with it.
I am very pleased with the dresser I bought. Have bought many wicker items at expensive wicker stores and the quality of the dresser is just as good as what I would have had to pay twice as much for it from a wicker store. Iam dissapointed that the white wicker desk to match it is no longer available.
I love it! It looks great in the spare room. Worth what I paid for it. This didn't come damaged like the chest did.
Good quality for its value. Looks nice. One of the drawers was not opening well, but after playing with it is working fine. Delivery to store was great.
Had never ordered from WM.com before buying this dresser, matching headboard and nightstands. All were better than expected. Exceptions being that this dresser had one drawer runner installed a little low which caused an uneven gap between that drawer and the one under it. It did not affect functionality and one or two minutes with a screwdriver and all was squared up. Headboard came without a way to affix it to the bedframe. Debating whether to attempt to drill through for bolts or just wire to the frame. Will probably do the latter....less messy.
This wicker dresser is excellently priced. The only problem is that some of the hardware is not as good as the wicker. I will probably end up changing the knobs soon and one of the drawers is hard to operate. Overall I feel like it is good product.
