I purchased this shelf for organization of the shoebox-size storage containers in my laundry closet. It exactly served its purpose. It supports the light weight just fine; I'm not sure how it would fare under heavy load. I wish the shelves were easier to adjust... once we set them at their heights and filled the shelf with stuff, they aren't going to be adjusted without complete dismantling. Overall, I recommend this product for small space organization. It's industrial-looking white wire, so I don't recommend that it be out in the open, on display. It's perfect for my laundry closet needs.
I have had several of these shelves over the years. i have had 3 sets for over 10 years with no rust or breakdown, now i have bought 2 of the 3 tier shelves and they are great! Just be easy when putting the plastic shelf holders into place as they may snap. However, once in place they stay in place very well!
The product is sturdy, steady, and attractive. Assembly was quick and easy with no tools required. My main concern was if shelving unit would wobble or lean due to unequal leg lengths that is sometimes common in cheaper products. I do not have that problem at all. Everything is level and it suits my needs perfectly.
Already owned one for a few years which was used mostly around the holidays to display a fiber optic X-mas tree in my front window. It was the perfect height to reach my windowsill. Passed it on to a friend with no budget to display his stereo system. With adjustable shelf heights, it worked out perfectly and is attractive looking and sturdy. Now I need to display my tree again and was happy to learn that it was still available! I'm actually going to order another one and use them for side tables in my bedroom. We own a high bed and our matching furniture end tables could be higher. So I'm going to purchase pretty trays for the top shelves to support beverages, although probably not needed because the grates are pretty close together. It's a nice inexpensive fix, and now they come in multiple color choices: white, black, or chrome. Will last forever and probably end up being passed down because they can be used for so many things. Can't go wrong with this purchase!
I like these metal racks; but locals can't afford to carry all the stock. I ended up white instead of chrome; my mistake, so make sure all your t's are dotted and I's are crossed when you order. Walmart followthru info on pick up was good except that I had to inquire where in the store to pick up. No big deal. Helps not to pay for shipping. Can't skip the nickname requirement-metiches.
I have shelves in the bathroom closet. I have always used them to store extra food can goods. In a small apartment they worked out great. Recently I wanted to add more shelves. this seemed like a quick and easy way to do. It took me awhile to get the thing together, but when finished it did the trick. I think these shelves could be used just about anywhere.
I bought this to use in my pantry. I love how durable it is and how nice it looks! Super easy to assemble!
Easy to assemble. Looks good. Good price. Originally planned to use for jeans but used for shoes instead. Either way would work well.

poor product. definitely would not recommend this product to anyone. very poor quality. the shelf kept on falling apart. worst item I have ever ordered from Walmart.com
