This fits exactly right in our cabinents. standard dimensions 15" wide to replace out old trash compactor. the shelves are very nice with curved wood fronts. removable to place larger bottles. Keeps very cold. It hums on occasion but quiet for the most part.
Had an issue with temp control on the bottom zone. Was right near end of warranty period, but contacted them and Ruth G. from Whynter helped to make sure the unit would be serviced. I've been generally happy with the unit - performs well, quiet, looks good in our kitchen - but having good customer service is what makes me recommend a product. Will update after service to let others know if final outcome took care of my issue.
Works perfectly. Had an Avanti that stopped working, but this Whynter is extremely quiet compared to the Avanti. You hardly notice that it is running. I would recommend this unit to others.
Looks nice beneath our kitchen island. Would prefer the shelves to be on rollers however. Otherwise I would recommend this product.
Loved this for the first 360 days we had it. But, out of the blue, the top zone started slowly rising in temperature. Tried to adjust every control and troubleshooting advice, but no luck. Working through it with customer service now, but I'm guessing this is going to drag out. It looks great and I loved it while it worked!!! But suspect that it works right up until the warranty is about to expire...
