The color is a bright lighter color purple. Very attractive. Fit is perfectly sized to size listed.
I can't wear 100% cotton as they shrink so badly. This top however, is 65% polyester and 35% cotton. I ordered 3XL, according to the size chart AND it fit perfectly. I was ordering my tops from another well known site, but all the sizes were extremely off and even the 4XL size was too small. I'll never buy from that site again. Wal-Mart will be the only place I buy my tops. I'm not a hospital worker, but love the large pockets that scrub tops are designed with. I'll continue to buy my tops from WalMart now, since I know 3XL is the proper size for me and are true to size according to the size chart.
