We enjoy camping and I need my laptop when we go, but all too often the signal strength is poor in remote areas. I am using it today for the first time with a USB air card and it is doing a good job and has not dropped out. Our RV has a rubber roof and didn't want to drill holes to connect the magnetic antenna; I used a small 1 X 2 inch steel flange held by one of the A/C bolts and ran the wire through a window.
