I loved the pan.. doesn't work to well on the lighter weight recipes, but I find the Gluton free cake mixes work amazing. The denser consitity of the mix makes it a more firmer hold. Also, the Wilton quick release cake spray is much needed to make them come out smoother.
I have the pans but lost the recipe instructions. Thank you
I had a little trouble getting my cakes to come out of the pan cleanly but when i tried again with a heavier brownie recipie, they popped out just fine. It seems counter intuitive but brownies that are heavy on butter don't work so well. the drier crumbly ones were better because the icecream added moisture to the sandwiches later on!
Arrived in a box to small and the pan was bent.
I put the 2 tablespoons like it said in the directions but they rose too much and overflowed. I tried less batter and they went over the edges and collapsed in the middle. Anyone else had this problems. Going to try my own brownie recipe and see if that works. Any suggestions?
Why not just use a regular pan and cut them? I think that's alot easier.
Pan works fine but don't even think about using the recipe that came with the pan. Absolutely horrible. Using melted chocolate chips in the batter never works. Use cocoa powder instead, or just use brownie recipe instead.
